We have many years experience designing, producing and operating presentations live on-site. From small boardroom meetings right up to large conferences and events. We use the industry standard software of Powerpoint on PC or the Mac, or Keynote on the Mac.

TEMPLATE DESIGN
We can produce totally original presentation templates in either Powerpoint or Keynote incorporating design elements utilising photoshop, flash animation, video and sound. These templates will form the basis of your presentation and are tailor made to your needs rather than off the shelf designs often offered by other design companies.

DESIGN AND ENHANCEMENT
You may need a presentation created from start to finish, or your existing Powerpoint or Keynote file may require further updating. Either way, we use our experience and design skills to ensure your presentation has impact and style, from concept and design to the addition of custom backgrounds, animation, video and sound. Video editing can now also be carried out cost effectively on-site from within Powerpoint.

VOTING WITHIN POWERPOINT
We can also offer a fully interactive voting facility that runs from within Powerpoint which displays results live on screen. You provide us with the questions you would like your audience to answer and we seemlessly incorporate them into your presentation. We then provide voting handsets for your audience with results being displayed in a number of different ways on-screen. |

ON-SITE OPERATION & COMPUTER HIRE
Finally, we take your presentation and run it live on-site at your meeting or conference, either on your own computer or our own PC's or Mac's, meaning the pressure is taken off you in terms of 'getting everything to work on the day'. You then only need concentrate on your own speech.
